गेहूं ५०० ग्राम, बाजरा ५०० ग्राम, चावल ५०० ग्राम, साबुत मुंग ५०० ग्राम, आजवाइन २० ग्राम, सफ़ेद तिल ५० ग्राम, और ५० ग्राम  दलिया ४०० ग्राम पानी में  मन पसंद सब्जी मिलाकर हल्का नमक मिलकर पकाकर नित्य सेवन करने से मोटापा और मधुमेह से निजात मिल जाता है .

TATA Motors users of Jaigaon region must note that they should their vehicle's schedule service at authorised service stations only. Please note that TATA Motors will not be responsible for the service done in any unauthorised service stations. If any damage is caused TATA Motors will not be responsible. Service done has to be recorded in their computer. If not recorded you are at a great loss. If you have done all the scheduled servicing of your vehicle, the advantage is; some parts are changed free of cost while servicing, many, if your vehicle breakdown in any place, nearby service station will pull or drag your vehilce at their responsibility and fix the problems. When you report such case first they will check your vehicle's schedule entry.  As far as my knowledge is concerned, there is no AUTHORISED TATA MOTORS SERVICE STATION IN JAIGAON. I didn't find any in the list of authorised TATA motors service centres in West Bengal or Jalpaiguri District.
