Fast Food Restaurant

Jaigaon is a very fast growing business town.  Daily a large number of people from outside visit jaigaon for their business and livelihood.  During the business hours people do not have much time to enjoy food and lunch. Generally such people look for fast food and light food. Jaigaon town has some big budget restaurant where certain class of people can not afford to resort the restaurant, on the other hand in the name of restaurant there are a number of momo shops.  As such, it is a good idea to open a restaurant.

The restaurant must be clean, hygeinic, spacious, decorative and the menu must give many varieties to choose. The price of the menu must be maintained as low as possible. Customers always want a quick service, therefore most menu should be ready.  The menu should present i.e. chawmein, momo, fried momo, aumlette, tea, coffee, milk, cold drinks, plain toast, butter toast, boiled egg, vegroll, eggroll, chapatti sabji, puri sabji, aludam, chana masala, chhola, fried rice, sandwitch, paratha, alu fry, dahi, alu paratha, chatni, sweets, roasted chana/badam masala, fruit salad, icecream etc. In the above items butter and cheese be added where applicable. The list is unending which could be served in a low price.  Most of these menu do not take time to cook and are easily available in the market.

Since we are very close to Bhutan.  It is very interesting that Bhutanese people always like Indian cuisine.

The business could be initiated with a low budget with the help of family members or few friends.
